We pay a deposit on the confirmation date and you can choose from a range of Rosefern Homes, trade up homes for sale (or partners in the Trade Up Program). You chose the settlement date and we can even provide you with a mortgage broker to assist with your home loan so the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
