Do your properties meet the Healthy Homes Standard?

All of our houses are built to the new healthy homes standard which means that whether you are buying for yourself or as a rental property your investment will be well protected.

What is the deposit required?

The deposit for a new build home is 10% of the Purchase Price. This is paid on confirmation of your contract.

Do you use sound proofing between units? 

Your privacy, comfort, and safety is important to us and so all of our developments are made with the industry standard sound and fire proofing between units.

What cladding do you build with? 

Our cladding varies between project to project depending on what style suits that particular development. That being said we only use the highest quality permanent materials to ensure a long level of structural quality and style.

How long do your builds take?

On average the build process of our homes take about 8 months plus an additional 1-2 months once completed for the council to issue titles.

What is the process if I want to make an offer?

Our process is pretty simple. Once our projects go to market you can enquire to be given any and all information. If you’d like to proceed our Sales Consultant will help you write up an offer that includes any conditions that you may require to complete the purchase. Your offer will then be accepted and the conditional period will commence within a few days of submission.
