
20 Seymour Street marked an important milestone for Rosefern Homes – our first complete end-to-end development following the success of 9a Wychbury Street. This project represented the next step in our growth as developers, putting into practice the lessons we’d learnt and raising the standard again.
The site was purchased, subdivided, and transformed into a set of thoughtfully designed new dwellings, each built to balance functionality, quality, and long-term value. Situated in the high-demand suburb of Hornby, these homes quickly caught the eye of investors who recognised the strong rental returns the area consistently provides.
So strong was the demand that every home was sold out prior to completion in 2023 – a clear sign of both the popularity of the location and the trust in the Rosefern Homes brand.
