22a Wychbury Street was the very first development undertaken by Rosefern Homes – a milestone project that set the foundation for everything we’ve built since. The land was purchased pre-consented, and we took the opportunity to deliver three architecturally designed homes at the rear of the section. We called it our ‘trainer wheels’ development!
