Completed in 2024, 1 Leistrella Road was a boutique project that showcased Rosefern Homes’ ability to blend smart subdivision strategy with thoughtful design. Using our background in “as is” redevelopment and subdivision expertise, we created an additional site and delivered a beautifully designed single-storey home tailored to suit the downsizer market.
The home was crafted with comfort, practicality, and style in mind -incorporating a layout that balanced modern aesthetics with easy living. Low-maintenance finishes and single-level accessibility made it perfectly suited for its new owner, who quickly made it their home.
This project was also unique in its delivery method. It formed part of a Home Exchange agreement, where the value created through subdivision and new construction was swapped for land that Rosefern is now developing on Tennyson Street.
The Leistrella Road home not only met the needs of its occupant but also demonstrated Rosefern’s creative approach to deal-making and development.
