Paul and Ant first met in Australia. Ant was working as a fisherman, while Paul worked as a builder. They quickly bonded over their strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive.
After moving to Christchurch after the earthquakes in 2011, the pair completed 250+ earthquake repairs and renovations over the following 5 years. Their expertise earned them lasting business mentors, lifelong friends, and a feature on the cover of Property Investor magazine.

In Buenos Aires, Paul and Ant met Scott, bonding over property and future opportunities. This meeting planted the seed for what would become Rosefern.
